We're working in partnership with a friendly and forward-thinking local council to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor for a highly flexible, part-time opportunity. This role offers just 10 hours per week, making it ideal for someone seeking work-life balance, supplementary income, or a return to practice on reduced hours - all while working fully remotely.
You'll provide expert legal advice and support across a range of civil litigation matters, including:
- Civil enforcement (including ASB, housing, and illegal occupation)
- Property litigation and land-related disputes
- Recovery of debts owed to the council
- Preparing cases for court and tribunal proceedings
- Conducting civil appeals in the Magistrates' Court
- Advising on general litigation and licensing matters
