Oaksec is seeking a Business Support Supervisor in Redditch to manage the scheduling of repairs and maintenance for the Housing Property department. This office-based role involves overseeing a team of Business Support Officers to ensure repairs are efficiently assigned, prioritized, and completed.

The successful candidate will liaise with the Customer Service Team, monitor performance, and facilitate property access for repairs. This is a contract role of 3 months with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible.
