How to prepare for a job interview at Oaksec

Showcase Your Unique Approach

As a freelance psychologist, it's all about how you connect with clients. Be ready to discuss your therapeutic style and any unique techniques you use. Perhaps you have a special interest in a certain field, like cognitive behavioural therapy or family systems—make sure to highlight these.

Present Your Portfolio of Successes

Freelance gigs often hinge on showcasing your past successes. Bring a portfolio that includes case studies (with all client details anonymised, of course!) demonstrating your results and methodologies. This visual evidence can really make you stand out to Oaksec.
