About the Role: Based at Station View, Barrow-in-Furness, Dalton-in-Furness, LA145SF you will be working 18 hours a week with flexibility needed on days and times, mixture of weekday and weekend shifts. You'll play a key role in preparing and serving meals to a high standard while ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the preparation and cooking of meals
- Serve food and maintain portion control
- Front of house service with residents
- Ensure kitchen and equipment are kept clean and hygienic
- Follow health and safety and food hygiene procedures
- Travel between sites as required
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment preferred
- Good communication skills needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and flexible with a positive attitude
