Are you passionate about cleaning, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our Facilities Team.
About the Role:
Based in the Buxton & Glossop area, covering approximately 8 sites, you will be working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are variable between 7:00am and 7:00pm, for example 7:30am-9:00am and 3:30pm-5:00pm.
You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, helping to ensure every site is clean, safe, and welcoming - consistently meeting our expectations and delivering a great experience for our customers.
As this is a mobile role covering multiple sites, you will need your own vehicle and a valid driving licence to be considered.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Wiping down tables and surfaces
- General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Who are we looking for?
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Enhanced DBS check is required - if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it
- Great communication skills and experience in similar cleaning setting
- A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group
