About the Role: Based within the South Derbyshire area, you will be working 20 hours a week (working shifts between the hours of 7am - 7pm) Monday to Friday. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness. Due to this being a mobile position, you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and having a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
