We are currently recruiting for a number of Mobile Caretaker's to support a range of sites across Derbyshire and the High Peak. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hands-on individual who enjoys working across multiple locations.
Areas Covered
- Chesterfield Landscape Depot (covering Chesterfield, Clay Cross & Bolsover)
- Alfreton Area (DE55)
- Matlock & surrounding areas
- Glossop & Buxton areas
- Wider Derbyshire sites
Key Responsibilities
- General caretaking and site maintenance
- Opening and securing buildings
- Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Conducting health & safety checks
- Supporting multiple sites as required
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential) and own vehicle
- Previous caretaking, maintenance or facilities experience
- Ability to travel between sites
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Enhanced DBS or be willing to gain one
