Are you passionate about caretaking, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team.

**About the Role:** The role would include covering sites across Derbyshire, you will be working on an ADHOC basis to cover annual leave and sickness. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.

You must drive and have your own vehicle - without this your application will not be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
  • Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
  • Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
  • Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
