About the Role: Based at Holy Trinity Infants School, NG25 0LD, you will be working 19.5 hours per week, split shifts Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 8:00am and 4:00pm - 6:00pm, and Friday 4:30pm - 6:00pm, 43 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services, ensuring the site is safe, secure, and maintained to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensuring heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records
- Monitoring site stock and undertaking some cleaning duties where required
- Opening and/or securing the site as part of your shift pattern
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and willingness to attend training
