Lead Learning Support Assistant (LLSA)
Salary: CAN scale17‑21 (£27,541 - £30,171 per annum, full time equivalent). Term‑time only: 33hours (actual salary £21,156 - £23,176 per annum).
Days: 190 days (188 term‑time days plus 2 staff‑prep days at the beginning of the academic year).
Working hours: 33hours per week between 8:00am and 3:50pm, across 5 days.

Responsibilities
- Support young people in accessing a varied and exciting curriculum.
- Work under the direction of the SENCo and play a leading role within the SEN team.

Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience working with students, particularly with SEND or autism is desirable.
- Positive attitude towards continuous professional development and a willingness to expand knowledge in specialist provision.
