We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join The Glade — our specialist provision within a mainstream setting for children with complex SEND needs.

About the Role

As an LSA in The Glade, you will

  • Support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs, helping them access learning and develop independence.
  • Work closely with teachers, LSAs and external professionals to deliver high-quality provision.
  • Build trusting relationships with children, using calm, consistent approaches.
  • Contribute to a safe, joyful and structured environment where every child feels seen, valued and supported.
  • Assist with personalised interventions, communication support, sensory regulation and behaviour strategies.
  • Celebrate small wins, champion pupil voice and model optimism every day.
