Oakridge School in High Wycombe is seeking a passionate SENDCo to lead and champion SEND provision across the school.
This permanent, part-time role (3 days per week) starts January 2027 or earlier with our support for National SENCO training.
You will collaborate with staff, parents and external professionals to ensure every child receives high-quality education and thrives socially and academically.
You will join a dedicated Inclusion Team within the wider leadership structure.
