We are seeking a proactive and detail driven Construction Office Administrator to support our site teams, management, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to the construction and site management teams.
- Maintain accurate records, including RAMS, permits, inductions, training logs, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and issue reports, meeting minutes, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate communication between office, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Manage document control, ensuring all project files are organised, up to date, and audit ready.
- Assist with scheduling, diary management, and arranging site visits.
- Support onboarding processes for new starters, including right to work checks and induction packs.
- Handle general office duties such as answering calls, managing emails, ordering supplies, and maintaining office systems.
