Commercial Manager – Construction

We have a great opportunity for a seasoned construction commercial Manager to join an independent private healthcare developer working on a national project, with a solid pipeline of work for 2026/27 circa 150 million.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on project budgets, cashflow, and overall financial performance to senior leadership.
• Lead credit control processes, ensuring timely client payments and managing outstanding balances.
• Support project teams with cost analysis, risk management, and commercial decision-making.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation to support financial and contractual compliance.
• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to safeguard commercial interests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction commercial manager.
• Experience in healthcare construction advantageous.
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
