In the role of Teacher-SI Unit you will be responsible for:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with diverse learning needs, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' learning profiles and needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessments to ensure inclusive learning.
- Support students with learning difficulties, developmental challenges, or special educational needs within classroom and resource settings.
- Work closely with parents, counselors, and school leadership to ensure consistent support for students.
- Use differentiated instruction, assistive tools, and intervention strategies to improve learning outcomes.
- Participate in student support meetings, case conferences, and professional development related to inclusive education.
