Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with diverse learning needs, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' learning profiles and needs.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessments to ensure inclusive learning.
Support students with learning difficulties, developmental challenges, or special educational needs within classroom and resource settings.
Work closely with parents, counselors, and school leadership to ensure consistent support for students.
Participate in student support meetings, case conferences, and professional development related to inclusive education.
