In the role of Asst. Manager - F & B, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day food & beverage operations, including boarding dining services.
- Ensuring safe, nutritious, and high-quality meals.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance standards.
- Supervising F&B staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitoring inventory, procurement, and cost control.
- Coordinating catering for school events and hospitality requirements.
- Enhancing service standards and the overall dining experience for students, staff, and guests.
