The Admissions Officer is responsible for managing the complete student admissions journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families.

The role focuses on parent counselling, enquiry management, lead conversion, admissions administration, and building strong relationships with parents while supporting the school's enrolment goals.

Handle admission enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, website, and social media.

Counsel prospective parents on the school's curriculum, academic programmes, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.

Maintain accurate admission records and databases.

Ensure compliance with school policies and admission procedures.

Marketing & Outreach

Support admission campaigns, school events, Open Houses, education fairs, and community outreach initiatives.

Coordinate with the marketing team to generate and nurture quality leads.

Represent the school professionally during promotional events.

Ensure accurate use of CRM and student information systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
