Job Summary:
Manage the school's front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls and emails, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth communication between parents, students, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and students.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Support admissions and administrative processes.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, courier, and office records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant front office/reception experience preferred.
