Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).
Nord Anglia Education – the world’s leading private school’s organisation is recruiting a Communications Executive. You will be joining the Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) team in our London HQ.
London is our global headquarters where 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, MAC and Education drive the success of our 80+ schools in 30+ countries. By joining our fast paced and innovative organisation, you will be regularly liaising with our global team-mates from the Philippines to Peru, from Beijing to Boston and beyond.

In the role of Communications Executive, you will be responsible for supporting with content creation across internal and external channels, helping to tell the story of how we’re shaping the future of education. This includes writing for social media, internal messaging, blogs, and our website, as well as leaning in on global campaigns with consistent, high-quality messaging.
You’ll also help manage content calendars and provide general team support. A key part of your role will be supporting schools by helping them develop and share their own content, as well as contributing to training on communications best practice.
The Role
As Communications Executive your focus will be to:

  • Write, edit, and create inspiring earned and owned content that speaks to our brand mission and vision, which can be used globally.
  • Come up with news and blogs content ideas and see them through from ideation to review to the final publish stage.
  • Create engaging content for use across our global social media channels, with your own ideas.
  • Use LLMs like Copilot and ChatGPT to support with content creation, idea generation, and editing.
  • Have a keen eye for what’s popular on social media so that we’re engaging prospective families as best as possible.
  • Support us in working with our schools on what great communications can do for their commercial performance (increased student enrolments in our schools).
  • Be the first person that colleagues come to when they want ideas and inspiration on how to reach new parents and how to engage existing ones.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • You’ll be degree educated, or the equivalent.
  • You’ll be a persuasive communicator.
  • You have a reputation for being proactive and are known as someone who’s not afraid to take initiative and share your ideas.
  • You’ve got project management skills, so you never miss a deadline.
  • You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience working in communications, marketing, or journalism related positions.
