Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in IB Diploma Programme (DP) Economics for Grades 11 and 12, ensuring outstanding academic outcomes and fostering inquiry, critical thinking, and global perspectives aligned with the IB philosophy.
  • Plan, deliver, assess, and continuously improve learning experiences that develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical skills, research capabilities, and readiness for higher education while maintaining compliance with IB Standards and Practices.
  • Contribute to the wider academic life of the school through pastoral care, curriculum development, collaborative planning, professional learning, and active participation in co-curricular programmes and whole-school initiatives.
