JOB PURPOSE: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in IB Diploma Programme (DP) Economics for Grades 11 and 12, ensuring outstanding academic outcomes and fostering inquiry, critical thinking, and global perspectives aligned with the IB philosophy. Plan, deliver, assess, and continuously improve learning experiences that develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical skills, research capabilities, and readiness for higher education while maintaining compliance with IB Standards and Practices. Contribute to the wider academic life of the school through pastoral care, curriculum development, collaborative planning, professional learning, and active participation in co-curricular programmes and whole-school initiatives.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Master's Degree in Economics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification (mandatory for India).
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including IB Diploma Programme Economics.
- Strong understanding of the IB Diploma Programme, assessment practices, and IB Standards & Practices.
- Experience teaching Economics at Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL).
- Excellent lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
- High level of professional integrity and commitment to safeguarding.
