We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for our 32 bed home situated at Totland Bay, Isle of Wight. Little Hayes Care Home is rated Good in all areas by the CQC, and is a family business dedicated to the highest quality care to ensure residents lead fulfilling lives in their golden years. All our staff are dedicated and passionate which gives a real sense of community within the home. Our residents are taken on local trips and we have children from the local school come and sing to our residents, as well as 'Themed' days where we support 'Red Nose' day and 'Children in Need'.
