We have exciting opportunities for Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team at our Fordingbridge care home. Our most important asset is our staff, so we always look for individuals who want to make an impact and positive difference on those around them. OakRay Care is a family‑run business on the Isle of Wight and the New Forest, specialising in the provision of residential care for the elderly. We run high‑quality care homes and are committed to making a positive difference to our residents, in every way. We currently operate four care homes; three on the Isle of Wight and one in Fordingbridge, New Forest. Glynn Court Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 31 people over the age of 65, some of whom are living with dementia or physical health needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ2 in Health & Social Care
  • Ability to administer and record medication
  • Ability to lead a team and have good communication skills
  • Flexibility in working hours to fit the shift pattern
