We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Cook to join our friendly, supportive team at our Sandown care home.
Broadhurst Care Home provides high quality residential and dementia care services for up to 25 elderly residents, and has a CQC rating of Good.
We're looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Cook, who can prepare and serve healthy, traditional home cooked meals for our residents. Can you make a tasty Shepherd's pie?
Previous experience working in a care home setting is desirable.
A thorough understanding of food hygiene is crucial, and you should be able to complete the appropriate catering paperwork.
A competitive salary is offered, which will be discussed at the interview. Hours would be flexible to fit in with the needs of the home. The successful applicant should also be available to cover sickness and annual leave.
