We run high-quality care homes and are committed to making a positive difference to our residents, in every way. We currently operate four care homes; three on the Isle of Wight and one in Fordingbridge, New Forest.

We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Night Care Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team at our Ryde care home.

Fairhaven Care Home provides high quality residential and dementia care services for up to 21 elderly residents, and has a CQC rating of Good.

Skills and abilities required:

  • You must have a minimum NVQ2 in Health & Social Care
  • You must be able to administer and record medication
  • You should have the ability to be able to lead a team, and have good communication skills
  • You need to be flexible in your working hours to fit in with the shift pattern.

These are full time roles of 36 hours a week.
