The Role

We are seeking someone who can be a pillar of the community - building bridges between Glynn Court and the local area, ensuring residents remain active, stimulated, and socially connected. This is a role for someone who enjoys talking to people, organising events, and forming meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build links with local groups, schools, churches, hobby clubs, and community organisations
  • Arrange visits, regular activities, and seasonal events within the home
  • Support residents to maintain strong community identity, without needing to travel far
  • Bring fresh ideas to stimulate conversation, laughter, creativity, music, movement, culture, and companionship
  • Help position Glynn Court as a lively hub where the community wants to be involved
  • Contribute to creating a warm environment that may also attract new residents over time
