The Role: We are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to support our Management team in the delivery of Manned Guarding and Mobile Services to our clients. This is a role designed to measurably improve service delivery to our customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reviews of the performance of our Patrol & Response teams using our TrackTik software.
- Collate and distribute reports to customers as required, including the escalation of any issues from the previous night.
- Management of Fleet vehicles within Oakpark Security, including coordinating repairs, booking servicing and tracking mileage.
- Onboarding new customers in line with business processes.
- Promote Vertas Group’s ‘Customer First’ ethos by proactive engagement with customers by email or telephone.
- Rapid, comprehensive and documented resolution of any customer or staff queries/complaints/issues that may arise, or escalation to the appropriate line manager.
- Liaise with customers to check and update information as necessary.
- Participate in billing of Ad Hoc work undertaken on Mobile Services within Oakpark Security.
Technology Skill Level (Full Training will be Provided): Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite. Full training on our Patrol Management system – TrackTik – will be provided during the induction period. Full training will also be provided on other systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and our TrakM8 fleet system.
Candidate Specification: We are looking for candidates who are organised, detail-orientated and able to manage documents effectively. No experience in the Security Industry is necessary. The role would suit candidates looking for a daytime role that can accommodate a school run at both ends of the day.
