Keep the Parent Carer Zumba Wellbeing Group running smoothly. OAKonsult is recruiting a friendly, organised coordinator to welcome participants, manage session administration and support engagement with this funded wellbeing programme. This is a paid role.
AT A GLANCE

- Location: United Reformed Church, Bromley, with some administration completed remotely
SESSION TIMES
- Every third Monday of the month, 11:30am–1:00pm.
- Every third Thursday of the month, 7:15pm–8:45pm.
The group offers parent carers a welcoming, non-judgemental place to move, connect and support their wellbeing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Welcome participants and coordinate the details.
SESSION COORDINATION
- Create a warm, reliable experience
- Welcome participants and help create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Manage registration, attendance records and new participant sign-ups.
- Send reminders and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate participant records and contact details.
- Encourage ongoing participation and engagement.
FEEDBACK & COMMUNICATIONS
- Gather participant feedback and wellbeing surveys.
- Take photos and videos only with appropriate consent for reporting and promotion.
- Provide the media team with accurate information for existing networks and social channels.
- Work with the CEO and wider team on the group’s ongoing development.
