Since our launch in 2015, we have lent over £13bn to ambitious entrepreneurs across both the UK and US. This has led to the creation of over 40,000 new jobs and over 29,000 new homes. We are dedicated to helping trailblazing businesses thrive. We are a scaling fintech and regulated UK bank, with a 10-year track record and a growing international footprint. Our lending businesses are the engine of growth, complemented by newer lines in Business Banking and Personal Savings. We pride ourselves on a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture that is hungry, ambitious, and flexible, and we want to build processes that scale.
What You’ll Do
- CRM Adoption & Data Quality – Drive Salesforce CRM adoption and usage across sales teams; ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness for better reporting and insights; work with Product to align CRM and lending systems with sales workflows.
- Onboarding & Training – Design and implement structured onboarding for new hires across the UK and US; create training materials, playbooks, and collateral to shorten ramp time; run workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions to support adoption and skill-building.
- Process & Insight – Map and refine sales workflows to make them more efficient without losing flexibility; build dashboards and reports to provide visibility on pipeline, productivity, and performance; partner with leadership to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives.
- Change Leadership – Act as a player-coach: win buy-in by working alongside originators and support teams; drive behavioural change without corporatizing the culture; serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, and other functions.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-7 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or RevOps roles.
- Proven track record of CRM adoption and process rollout, ideally with Salesforce.
- Experience building onboarding programs, training content, and playbooks.
- Strong analytical skills; confident with Excel/Sheets and Salesforce reporting.
- Excellent communicator who can influence and coach sales teams.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a scaling business with ambiguity.
- Financial services, fintech, or lending background a plus (but not mandatory).
Traits That Will Help You Succeed
- Commercially aware; understands lending/deal cycles and can speak the sales teams' language.
- Player-coach; balances listening and guiding; credible with both originators and leadership.
- Builder mentality; thrives on creating structure where little exists.
- Pragmatic; can design processes that stick, without adding unnecessary friction.
