Are you a master multitasker with a passion for creating corporate events? We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and energetic Events Manager to join our vibrant London team and take the lead on delivering exceptional experiences that bring our brand to life. In this exciting role, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of a diverse events portfolio from intimate client receptions and partner breakfasts to high-impact thought leadership roundtables. No two days will be the same.

You’ll shape and execute our annual events strategy, aligning it with business goals and owning everything from planning calendars and audience targeting to budgeting, KPIs, and performance reporting. Key responsibilities
  • Event planning and execution: Plan, organise, and execute a wide range of events across the calendar year – Responsible for 100+ events annually across 3 different UK, EU & US regions - ensuring each is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • External events: Full ownership of the high impact client-facing events including roundtables, dinners, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and hosted conferences. Requiring operational leadership, H&S compliance, design coordination, and commercial alignment.
  • Logistics and supplier management: Source and manage venues, work with our design team on branding (banners, swag, exhibition stand, etc.), catering, accommodation, travel, and any third-party suppliers. Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, comms, design, debt finance, etc.) to align events with business objectives. Provide on-site support if needed and serve as the primary event point-of-contact. Shift all stakeholder groups from reactive to proactive planning, introducing structured meetings and forward planning cycles.
  • Vendor and partner management: Build long-term vendor relationships, source new partners, negotiate service-level agreements, and manage risks and performance.
  • Marketing and communications support: Work with relevant internal stakeholders to manage event branding (banners, swag, exhibition stand, etc.) where applicable, event invitations, guest lists, registration platforms, and post-event follow-ups. Whilst maintaining brand standards, guest experience and consistency.
  • Reporting and evaluation: Collect feedback, analyse event performance metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain global events database, historical records, and structured workflow system.
Requirements
  • Experience in events management, preferably in a corporate, agency, or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with budgets and procurement processes.
  • Flexible and responsive, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Creative flair and a genuine passion for designing engaging event experiences.
