OakNorth is seeking a Junior People Partner to join our People Team in London. This role involves designing and managing a global early careers program, including internships and graduate hiring. The ideal candidate is a recruiter with over 4 years' experience in campus recruiting, prepared to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment, and invested in building long-term talent pipelines.

You will collaborate with multiple business lines and ensure the hiring process aligns with real business demands while enhancing candidate experience.
