About the role

Are you a master multitasker with a passion for creating corporate events? We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and energetic Events Manager to join our vibrant London team and take the lead on delivering exceptional experiences that bring our brand to life. In this exciting role you’ll have end‑to‑end ownership of a diverse events portfolio from intimate client receptions and partner breakfasts to high‑impact thought leadership roundtables. No two days will be the same. You’ll shape and execute our annual events strategy, aligning it with business goals and owning everything from planning calendars and audience targeting to budgeting, KPIs, and performance reporting. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment, love working across multiple projects, and bring creativity, precision, and polish to everything you do.

Responsibilities

  • Event planning and execution: Plan, organise, and execute a wide range of events across the calendar year – responsible for 100+ events annually across 3 different UK, EU & US regions, ensuring each is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • External events: Full ownership of the high impact client‑facing events including roundtables, dinners, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and hosted conferences.
  • Logistics and supplier management: Source and manage venues, work with our design team on branding, catering, accommodation, travel, and any third‑party suppliers.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align events with business objectives.
  • Vendor and partner management: Build long‑term vendor relationships, source new partners, negotiate service‑level agreements, and manage risks and performance.
  • Marketing and communications support: Manage event branding, invitations, guest lists, registration platforms, and post‑event follow‑ups while maintaining brand standards.
  • Reporting and evaluation: Collect feedback, analyse event performance metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in events management, preferably in a corporate, agency, or fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with budgets and procurement processes.
  • Flexible and responsive, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Creative flair and a genuine passion for designing engaging event experiences.

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday.
  • Personalised benefits – opt‑in to what matters to you.
  • Subsidised Private Medical Insurance with Bupa.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
  • Wellbeing and social events.
  • In‑house Barista Bar in London office.
  • Support causes that matter to you – Volunteering time off.
  • Salary sacrifice schemes (Cycle to work, nursery, gym, electric car scheme).
