OakNorth is seeking a Design Manager to uphold brand integrity while accelerating output in a hybrid role. You will lead a team of three based in Gurugram, India, while also actively crafting high-stakes designs and setting the taste bar by example across brand, website, campaigns, collateral, and events.
You will partner with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to drive performance, establish a measurement loop, and implement an AI-enabled production pipeline for faster asset velocity.
