This is a highly sought-after Trainee Tutor position - we require your Electrical knowledge; we will provide ALL the training and qualifications needed to succeed as a Trainer.
STARTING SALARY: Begin earning at least £39,000 immediately.
FULLY FUNDED TRAINING: All teaching and assessor qualifications will be provided and funded by the employer.
PAY UPGRADE: Once qualified as a tutor your annual salary increases!

The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
- You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring post 16 learners undertaking crucial Electrical Installation qualifications in a high-tech facility.
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Electrical Installation qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
- Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
- We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
- Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Electrical Installation.
- Technical Qualification: A time served Electrical Installation professional that holds a Level 3 (or above) Electrical related qualification.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance and you will need a UK Driving License.
