The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 3 welding qualifications.
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of welding qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
- Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
- Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within a welding role.

- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
