An opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing training provider, we are looking for a Trainee Residential Childcare professional to join their successful team.
This is a trainee position, with your TAQA qualification fully funded and provided by the employer. Once qualified, you will be delivering Residential Childcare apprenticeships to learners, working remotely from home with occasional visits to learners in their workplace.
The successful candidate will need to have at least 3 years' occupational experience in a Residential Childcare setting and a L3 Residential Childcare related qualification. A UK driving license and use of own vehicle is also essential for this role.
Salary/Benefits:
- Starting salary Β£25k
- Salary increases to Β£28k after 1 year in post

Qualifications and Competencies:
- A minimum 2 years' occupational experience within a Residential Childcare setting
- A L3 or above qualification in Residential Childcare
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
- Full UK Driving License
Duties:
- Train, assess, motivate and support Residential Childcare learners on programmes towards achieving Residential Childcare Apprenticeship qualifications
- Maximise the use of e-learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.
- Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved Residential Childcare training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.
