Overview: Trainee Early Years Tutor Are you an experienced Early Years manager who would like to become an Early Years apprenticeship assessor? Recruiting on behalf of a training provider that is big on quality, which is reflected in their Ofsted grade, this is an opportunity not to be missed. This role is open to both qualified and unqualified assessors. The role is home based with learners located in the Guildford area. Purpose of the role: Trainee Early Years Tutor Once qualified, you will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualifications.
