This is a highly sought-after trainee trainer/assessor position - we require your Surveying industry knowledge; we will provide all the training and qualifications needed for you to succeed as a trainer/assessor.
STARTING SALARY: Begin earning up to £45,000 immediately.
FULLY FUNDED TRAINING: All trainer and assessor qualifications will be provided and funded by the employer.
PREMIUM BENEFITS: Excellent Company Benefits Package, Monday - Friday, no unsociable hours, 33 days paid annual leave (including BHs), hybrid working, Life Assurance and further training and qualifications fully funded by the employer.
The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Surveying qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners, both in their place of work and in the training centre.
- Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
- Environment: Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a 'hands-on approach.'
Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
- Practical industry experience: within surveying/geospatial, ideally land, topographical or engineering surveying, with experience using surveying equipment such as Total Stations and/or GPS/GNSS.
- Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within the Surveying industry.
- Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 3 Surveying related qualification.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
