Training Centre Manager Rotherham | £43,000 per annum | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Are you an experienced education or training professional looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are looking for a Training Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day quality and performance of a busy education and training provision in Rotherham, supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining staff management, teaching and learning, quality assurance and learner progress. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of tutors and education staff. Drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. Support staff through coaching, mentoring, lesson observations and CPD. Monitor learner progress, engagement and outcomes. Lead quality assurance and assessment processes. Use data to identify improvements and drive better outcomes. Deliver Functional Skills teaching where required. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and improve the provision. Promote an inclusive, positive and supportive learning environment. About You You'll ideally have: A Level 5+ teaching qualification. Experience teaching Functional Skills Maths or English. Experience working with post-16 learners, particularly those with SEND. Experience leading, developing or supporting teaching staff. Strong knowledge of quality assurance, assessment and learner progress. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills. A genuine passion for supporting young people and improving outcomes.Enhanced DBS clearance will be required for the successful applicant.
