An opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing training provider, we are looking for an experienced Residential Childcare professional to join their successful team. You will be delivering Residential Childcare apprenticeships to learners, mainly working remotely from home.
The successful candidate will need to have at least 2 years' occupational experience in a Residential Childcare setting and a L3 Residential Childcare related qualification.
Salary/Benefits:- Salary 28k
- Outstanding annual leave entitlement (standard 4 weeks + BHs + 3 weeks bonus leave at Christmas)

- Full UK Driving License
- Train, assess, motivate and support Residential Childcare learners on programmes towards achieving Residential Childcare Apprenticeship qualifications
- Maximise the use of e-learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.
- Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved Residential Childcare training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to support them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.
