The Role:
Coaching the Next Generation You will be involved in delivering commercial courses including the 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the workplace.
Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards. Level 3 or above Electrical qualification / apprenticeship (desirable)
Soft Skills:
Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
