The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
- Involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking Level 3 and Level 4 Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
- Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of mechanical engineering qualifications.
- Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
- Train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant occupational experience within Mechanical Engineering (Maintenance or Design background preferred).
- Mandatory Level 3 Engineering related qualification.
