The Role: Coaching the Next Generation

  • You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring post 16 learners undertaking crucial Electrical Installation qualifications in a high-tech facility.
  • Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Electrical Installation qualifications.
  • Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
  • Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
  • Environment: Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a 'hands-on approach.'

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)

  • We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
  • Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Electrical Installation.
  • Technical Qualification: A time served Electrical Installation professional that holds a Level 3 (or above) Electrical related qualification.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
  • Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance and you will need a UK Driving License.
