- 40,000 - 50,000 salary depending on experience.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer - Trainer/Assessor
Are you an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer with a recognised Assessor qualification looking to take the next step in your career?
Our client is a well-established specialist training provider delivering practical, industry-focused training to apprentices and professionals across the technical trades.
They are now looking for an experienced RAC Engineer / Trainer / Assessor to join their team.
The Role
- Deliver Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and F-Gas training.
- Assess learners against their qualifications and practical assessments.
- Deliver both theory and practical workshop-based training.
- Support learners with their development and assessment requirements.
- Maintain accurate learner and assessment records.
- Ensure training is delivered to a high standard and in line with relevant industry requirements.
Essential:
- Strong industry experience within Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experience.
- Recognised Assessor qualification - CAVA, TAQA, A1 or equivalent.
- Good technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical subjects clearly.
A recognised teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, CET or PGCE would be advantageous.
