We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Assessor / Tutor to join a well-established specialist training provider delivering practical, industry-focused training to apprentices and professionals across the technical trades.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician with teaching and assessing experience to move into a rewarding role with a growing training provider. helping train and assess Level 3 Electrical Installation apprentices.
The Role
- Deliver Level 3 Electrical / Electrotechnical Installation training to apprentices.
- Assess learners in a high-tech training centre
- Support apprentices with their NVQ portfolios and progress reviews.
- Prepare learners for End Point Assessment and AM2.
- Work closely with employers to monitor apprentice development.
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1 or equivalent).
- Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or equivalent).
- Industry experience as a qualified electrician.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391). (desirable)
- Previous apprenticeship or FE training experience. (desirable)
