OVERVIEW:
Are you passionate about supporting young people and adults to improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours? Do you have an innovative approach to breaking down barriers to learning in the classroom? Can you tailor learning, support and advice for learners to ensure each learner makes excellent progress in line with their individual starting points? Are you qualified and/or experienced in Functional Skills Delivery? If the answer is 'yes' then we would love to hear from you!
Delivering Maths & English up to L2 to learners in a centre in Bristol, for the right candidate this position will offer real autonomy to plan, deliver and support learners and we really welcome innovation and creativity when considering the best ways to engage learners both in the classroom.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To lead the planning, delivery and assessment of English and Maths to individuals and groups of learners.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
- L2 Numeracy and L2 Literacy qualifications
- Experience of delivering Maths & English in a previous role to apprenticeship learners.
- Classroom delivery experience
- Teaching qualification at L3 or above (desirable)
- Good IT and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail / time management skills
- Passion for people development
