The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
Based in Darlington, this hands-on role involves delivering training and assessment in metal fabrication, helping apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in the industry.
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of metal fabrication qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification!)
- We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Metal Fabrication.
- Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Metal Fabrication.
- Technical Qualification: A relevant metal fabrication qualification and/or valid Skill Card.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
