to succeed as an assessor/tutor. STARTING SALARY:
Begin earning up to
£37,000
immediately. £1k pay rise after 6 months. £1k pay rise after gaining Assessor qualification + further pay rises and bonus FULLY FUNDED TRAINING:
All teaching qualifications will be

Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of process qualifications. Mentorship:
Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the workplace. Focus:
Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards. Environment:

'hands-on approach.' Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification) We are looking for proven occupational experience as an Electrician. Occupational Experience:
Minimum
5 years' relevant occupational experience
as an Electrician. Technical Qualification:
Level 3 or above Electrical qualification / apprenticeship

Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment. Compliance:
