Are you a time-served Electrician ready to transition your expertise into a rewarding training career? This is a highly sought-after Trainer position - we require your process knowledge; we will provide ALL the training and qualifications needed to succeed as an assessor/tutor.
STARTING SALARY: Begin earning up to £37,000 immediately. £1k pay rise after 6 months. £1k pay rise after gaining Assessor qualification + further pay rises and bonus.
FULLY FUNDED TRAINING: All teaching qualifications will be provided and funded by the employer.

The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
- You will be involved in delivering commercial courses including the 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of process qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the workplace.
- Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
- Environment: Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a 'hands-on approach.'
Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
- We are looking for proven occupational experience as an Electrician.
- Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience as an Electrician.
- Technical Qualification: Level 3 or above Electrical qualification / apprenticeship (desirable).
- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance. Full UK Driving License, and use of own car.
